What types of documents can the assistant learn from?

Will it give wrong or made-up answers?
We use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) which grounds every answer in your actual documents and cites the source. This dramatically reduces hallucination compared to general AI tools that only use model memory.
Can different teams see different information?
